Yes, if that's what you want to do.  We all know that excess weight can be a major problem.

But, this is not just about losing the pounds you're carrying around. 

Releasing your body's inflammation is the program's goal.  

Weight loss is just a wonderful side effect of gently cleansing, reducing inflammation and improving your immune system.

The SHAPE ReClaimed Starter Package includes a Program Guidebook that contains instructions on how to do the program and a complete list of approved foods. The SHAPE Nutrition Protocol emphasizes nutrient-dense, anti-inflammatory foods 

Sometimes, our clients have experienced mild detoxification issues.

If you are experiencing short-term detox symptoms such as headaches, fatigue or irritability, they usually resolve quickly. 

Should any of these persist for more than two weeks in length, please contact our Traditional Naturopath, as there may be an underlying health issue which needs to be corrected.

We do not recommend doing the SHAPE Program while pregnant or nursing because of its cleansing and detoxifying effects.

 If your baby is eating mostly solid foods and only nursing for comfort, talk with our Traditional Naturopath to see if the program is right for you.

This depends on several factors: Is the child obese?

Is their weight affecting their health?

Is the child being teased or bullied about their weight?

A child’s success is largely dependent on parent/guardian involvement.

We recommend that a parent/guardian follow the program alongside their child for support. 

Yes. However, if you are undergoing active treatment, it is not recommended you start the program until you are released by your oncologist.

The SHAPE Program is anti-inflammatory, cleansing and immuno-enhancing, all of which can benefit cancer survivors.  

The SHAPE Program will not interfere with your medications. 

However, always check with your prescribing doctor before beginning any nutritional program.  As your body begins to recover its strength, the medication levels may need to be reevaluated.  

Never stop your medications without checking with your prescribing doctor first.

No.  There is never a promise for weight loss.  But if you follow the Program Guidebook to the letter, you will be very happy with your results.
